Venezianico Arsenale Moissanite is a compact watch with hand-set baguette-cut moissanites around a black mother-of-pearl dial.
Hand-set baguette stones
Lab-grown moissanites line the knurled bezel and mark the hours. Their elongated baguette cut echoes the angular lines of the Arsenale case, while the mother-of-pearl adds softer, shifting reflections. Each stone is set individually, so the rows stay aligned and the setting stays continuous across the metal.
Made with a master goldsmith
Venezianico developed the watch with Davide Cestonaro, a master goldsmith from the Vicenza school. He has more than 40 years of experience in fine jewelry and gem setting. The project draws on Venice’s past as a center of the gem trade and the decorative arts.
The details
The Japanese Miyota 9039 automatic movement shows hours, minutes, and seconds, with no date. The 316L stainless steel case measures 37 mm across and 41.10 mm lug to lug. It is 9 mm thick, including the anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
The crown screws down, and water resistance is rated at 50 meters. The integrated Canova Concept™ steel bracelet continues the lines of the case and closes with a folding clasp. The Arsenale collection is named for Venice’s historic shipyard.

What connects the Arsenale collection to Venice?
The name comes from the Arsenale, the Venetian Republic’s shipyard. Its specialized workshops built and fitted out ships in sequence, supplying the fleet long before modern factories. The collection takes its design inspiration from that history of shipbuilding and metalworking.
Will the dial match the photograph exactly?
No. The mother-of-pearl surface has natural variations in pattern and tone, so the photograph illustrates the model rather than the exact dial you will receive.
Are the stones diamonds?
No. They are laboratory-grown moissanites, a different gemstone from diamond, cut into elongated baguettes. Each is set individually into the bezel or hour markers. Moissanite has a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale and strong light dispersion.
How do I restart the watch after it has stopped?
Wind it by hand before putting it on. Venezianico recommends about 20–30 turns of the crown to provide an initial reserve. If the crown screws down, unscrew it before winding and secure it afterward. The rotor replenishes the reserve as you wear the watch, though light activity may not supply enough energy to keep it running.
What does sapphire’s hardness mean in everyday wear?
Sapphire’s hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale makes it highly resistant to everyday scratches. It can still be scratched by harder materials, and a hard impact can chip or crack it, especially at an edge.
