Our commitment

Iguana Sell is committed to ensuring that our online shop can be used by everyone, whatever their circumstances, whichever assistive technology they rely on and whichever device they browse from. We work continuously to improve the accessibility of our site, guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and by the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

What we offer and how ordering works

On iguanasell.co.uk you can view, compare and purchase writing instruments, watches and accessories.

The process is the same for every order: you find a piece through the navigation menus or the search, open the product page, choose the variant you would like — the nib width, for example — and add it to your basket. The basket shows prices, quantities and the subtotal, and from there you move to checkout, where you enter your delivery address and payment method and complete the order. You then receive an email confirmation with all the documentation relating to your purchase.

Accessibility as an ongoing process

Our website develops continuously. We assess it using automated auditing tools, supported by manual checks carried out using the keyboard alone. What those assessments find feeds directly into our development work: accessibility forms part of every change we make to design or code.
