Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. The price shown at checkout is the total price of your order. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately before you place your order.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited quantities.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery. The goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you and you take physical possession of them.

Every product is supplied with the manufacturer's sealed warranty. Any such warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update that information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6A - YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where your order comprises several goods delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right to cancel, tell us of your decision by a clear statement — by post to Iguana Sell S.L., Calle Albasanz 35, 3º A, 28037 Madrid, Spain, or by email to info@iguanasell.com. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication before the cancellation period expires.

If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are cancelling. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — including engraved items and special orders placed with the manufacturer specifically for you — nor to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Beyond this statutory right, we offer a further 16 days — 30 days in total from receipt — as a voluntary commercial return. The conditions of that additional right are set out in our refund policy and do not affect your statutory rights.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which those tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or to a repair or replacement. These rights are in addition to, and unaffected by, any manufacturer's warranty supplied with the product.

Subject to the paragraph above, we do not guarantee that your use of our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for any loss arising from your use of the website for business purposes.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
