Venezianico Redentore 36 pairs a light blue sunburst dial with an integrated Canova steel bracelet in polished and satin finishes.
A sunburst dial
Fine lines radiate from the center of the brass dial and catch the light at different angles. Beneath the slender hands and applied markers, the light blue surface shifts in tone. A polished bezel outlines the dial.
The Canova bracelet
The registered Canova design takes 16 different molds to produce. Its steel links alternate polished and satin-finished surfaces, and the butterfly clasp is built into the last center link, so the bracelet looks continuous when closed.
Palladio’s proportions
Andrea Palladio’s Basilica del Redentore in Venice gives the collection its name and its balanced proportions.
The details
The Japanese NH35A automatic movement shows hours, minutes, and seconds. The 316L stainless steel case measures 36 mm across, 42.2 mm lug to lug, and 10.4 mm thick. Its compact size lets it slip easily under a shirt cuff.
An anti-reflective sapphire crystal covers the dial, the crown is push-pull, and water resistance is rated at 30 meters. The screw-free case back carries an engraving of the basilica, set in a radial satin finish.

Fine lines radiate from the center of the brass dial. As the angle of the light changes, different areas reflect more brightly, creating the moving sunburst effect.
How do the case proportions relate to the design?
The 36 mm case is 10.4 mm thick and measures 42.2 mm from lug to lug. The case proportions are inspired by the Basilica del Redentore, the Palladian church that gives the collection its name.
How does the butterfly clasp fit into the Canova bracelet?

Does the automatic movement need a battery?
No. The Japanese NH35A runs on a mainspring that is wound by wrist motion through a rotor. It can also be wound by hand, and powers the hours, minutes, and seconds.

An engraving of Andrea Palladio’s Basilica del Redentore sits at the center of the screw-free back, surrounded by a radial satin finish. It makes the collection’s architectural reference visible when the watch is turned over.
