The Esterbrook × Crane Mariner fountain pen pays tribute to classic yachts with engraved teak, a navy lacquered cap, and gold and copper accents.
The engraved teak barrel recalls the deck planking of classic yachts and will age over time. Navy blue lacquer, gold trim, and copper accents carry the nautical palette through this limited edition, while Crane stationery and maritime accessories extend the theme to the presentation.
A compass motif on the custom JoWo stainless steel nib adds a navigation detail to the design. The fountain pen accepts cartridges or a converter for bottled ink and closes with a screw-on cap.
The set includes a leatherette pen case, a nautical key ring with a gold compass charm, a carabiner-style clip, a buoy accessory, a Mariner patch, and five sets of custom Crane stationery in a hidden drawer. The fountain pen also comes with a 30 mL bottle of Sea Blue ink.
