All the products offered by Iguana Sell are new products, brand new, that have their corresponding warranty.

The use of trade names or registered trademarks that refer to the products offered by Iguana Sell on this website belong to their legitimate owners; however, Iguana Sell has authorization to use them.

The images and descriptions that appear on the website www.iguanasell.com with respect to products and brands, are made from information and images of Iguana Sell (of which the company reserves all rights of use) and /or of information and images provided by the providers.

WARRANTY

In accordance with the lay down of the Spanish Law 23/2003 of July 10 of Guarantees on the Sale of Consumer Goods, the manufacturer or brand of the product purchased must respond to the customer in case of any lack of conformity due to manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery and manifests during the next 2 years.

The term that the client has to notify any incident caused by manufacturing defects is 2 months from when he becomes aware of it.

If the manufacturer brand of the acquired product checks and corroborates the existence of a manufacturing defect, it will proceed to repair or replace the article. Always at the customer's option, when technically possible and notified within the established deadlines.

At Iguana Sell, as official distributors of the brands we sell, we deal directly with the technical team of the brand's home. As a general rule, repairs take from 30 to 45 days. This time may be extended due to lack of any repair item, in which case Iguana Sell will contact the customer for notification.

Cases that are excluded from the guarantee:

General damages caused by the improper/abnormal use of the product or its lack of maintenance.

Blows, scratches and wear caused by normal use of the product.

Drops or breaks of gems or other elements applied.

Stains or changes of brightness in metals, gems or other elements caused by external chemical agents.

Allergies

Duration of the battery.
