Venezianico Redentore 36 Diamond Automatic Watch with White Dial.
Inspired by the Basilica del Redentore, the Venetian church of Andrea Palladio, the Redentore 36 Diamond sets 12 laboratory-grown diamonds, 0.14 carats in all, at the hour markers of a mother-of-pearl dial. Venezianico chose laboratory-grown stones as the ethical alternative to mining, and the screw-free case back carries an engraving of the basilica. Stainless steel, 36 mm in diameter and 10.4 mm thick.
A Japanese Seiko NH35A automatic movement powers the hours, minutes and seconds beneath a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating.
The watch is delivered on the Canova bracelet with a butterfly clasp.

What is the Basilica del Redentore?
The church Andrea Palladio raised on the Giudecca in Venice, the work that carried the neoclassical line into architecture. The Redentore line takes its name and its proportions from it. Venezianico was founded in late 2017 by the brothers Alberto and Alessandro Morelli while they were studying at Ca’ Foscari in Venice, and it works out of San Donà di Piave.
Will the dial look exactly like the photograph?
The pattern on it is cut from a natural material, so the veining, the figure and the distribution of light differ from one piece to the next. The color and the finish match the photograph. The grain is proper to the piece you receive.
Are the diamonds mined or grown?
Grown in a laboratory. They are carbon crystallized under the same conditions as mined stone and they test as diamond, so what changes is the origin, not the material at the markers.
What do you do if it has stopped?
Turn the crown about 20 times to put some wind in the mainspring, set the time, and put the watch on. From there the weight inside keeps it wound as long as you wear it most days.
How hard is the sapphire crystal?
Synthetic sapphire sits at 9 on the Mohs scale, just under diamond, so the everyday abrasives that mark a mineral crystal leave it untouched. It is brittle in exchange, so a sharp impact on the edge is what to avoid.
