I’ve seen their website pop up multiple times before and I’m glad I finally took the chance. They had a great deal, free (very very fast) delivery, good packaging, fantastic service and the perfect product. I ordered a pilot Custom 823 in fine smoke black. I’ve purchased this online before from another place and it turned out to be very scratchy. So I had that returned but was determined to find a good one as I’ve heard so much about this pen. I’m so glad I found this site. They are very responsive over email and WhatsApp and kindly tested the pen out on request before sending it. I received a fantastic pen! No scratchiness or blind cap/ flow issues. I would be turning to this site for future purchases too.
