My go to place to buy fountain pens; Iguanasell service is exceptional. The pen is stunning, and a pleasure to write with. I ordered fine and it writes effortlessly with some feedback. Converter takes a bit of getting used (and email to Iguanasell re this was answered by return with explanatory video) but overall highly delighted with purchase and once again fabulous service.

My son chose this for his 21st. Customer service was great. Ordered during lockdown and was notified straight away there would be quite a delay. Not a problem as I had ordered in plenty of time. Good communication throughout the delay, and dispatched ASAP as it arrived from the supplier, with tracking I could follow. Arrived well packaged in perfect condition.
