I recently purchased this item from Iguana Sell. During the pandemic I was very wary about purchasing items from a company abroad that I hadn't been aware of.
I placed my order and throughout the process I was made aware of where my item was and delivery times. Also with Brexit I thought there would be a significant delay. I'm so very happy that all my concerns were allayed and it went like clockwork.
Now about the watch. This is the first U Boat watch I have purchased outside the usual suspects eg: Panerai, Cartier, Rado etc.
WOW! What a watch!
It's not for the faint hearted at that size. You've gotta have the " Cohones " to style it out but boy! Is it worth it. I can't stop looking at the elegance and mechanics in this watch. So happy with U boat but more to the point, very happy with Iguana Sells.

A birthday gift to myself. A very nice pen. I wish it was as Orange as in the pictures. It is a more muted Orange in reality.

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my son. He is really pleased with it. It writes beautifully and looks beautiful as well. It is worthwhile mentioning that no Platinum converter is included with the pen but we always use cartridges anyway.

However, for the second time in 12 months, FEDEX failed to deliver resulting in lost time, concern and wasted calls.
Unfortunately I am unable to use Iguana again until a more effective delivery arrangement is orchestrated other than FEDEX

Great quality fountain pen, excellent italic nib. I find the italic nibs more suitable for everyday use to stub nibs, as they are easier to write with (especially when it comes to longer sequences), and they make the letters look “naturally elegant”. :) But that’s a matter of taste, of course. :)

Like it much, excellent quality, as all my other Aurora fountain pens. The OF nib gives a fine extra touch to the letters. It takes a while, though, to find the correct position of the pen to get the best result, but once it is done, it writes really smoothly. :)

I wish I'd had this pen back in school. A solid writer (soft fine) straight out of the box and the perfect size for most hands. Excellent build quality the resin construction is well though out and built to last. Even the proprietary cartridge was built like a tank. The colour is rich and catches the light in an understated but elegant way.
Only downside is the converter has to be purchased separately but that's Platinum's decision and at roughly £8 it's not going to break the bank.
