Scribo presents its new limited edition, La Tradizionale. Inspired by the concept of time and the values of Italy, Francesco Aggazzotti plays an important role in the creation of this piece. According to him, time is one of the most renowned requirements for the creation of one of the most important products of the Emilian gastronomic tradition: the "Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale" of Modena, as it is fundamental for the slow boiling of the must as well as for the subsequent fermentation and aging processes.
Both the body and the cap are made of wood. The idea lies in the fact that the fermentation of the oil takes place inside sets of barrels made of different woods, among which oak stands out, selected for their flavors and qualities.
"LA TRADIZIONALE" is made in only 104 limited and numbered units and is kept in a wooden case containing a 90ml bottle of ink made in the same color as the traditional balsamic vinegar, as well as a precious 100ml bottle of "Traditional Balsamic Vinegar" of Modena.
